TREASURE TROVE MEMBERSHIPS (STANDARD & PREMIUM)
There is a seven-day, money back guarantee on the Treasure Trove Standard and Premium Memberships ONLY. The refund request must be made by email by 11:59 pm Central Standard Time (CST) on the 7th day from purchase, to [email protected]. Our commitment is to provide exceptional value and satisfaction. We understand the importance of feeling confident in your investment. Therefore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee with the following stipulations:
- Enjoy with Confidence: We encourage you to explore and engage with our resources. If you find that our membership doesn’t quite meet your needs, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To honor the value of our content and ensure fairness, our 7-day money-back guarantee is conditional on not downloading any resources. Please understand, accessing the content is encouraged, but downloading materials will void the refund option. We’ve put this policy in place to safeguard the integrity and exclusivity of our offerings. If you’re considering a refund, feel free to explore and engage with the content online. Our team are able to verify downloads, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this aspect of our refund policy.

- Future Flexibility: After the initial 7 days, the membership fee is non-refundable. However, you still retain full control over your membership. You can choose to cancel at any time, and you won’t be billed for the subsequent month.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS/SERVICES
MTR Insurance Connections maintains a no refunds policy for all other services and products (MTR Insurance Housing Mastery Self-Guided, MTR Insurance Housing Mastery Coach-Supported, The Rental Listings Playbook, Beyond Placement: The Next Steps, Coaching Services) with the exception of the Treasure Trove Memberships. You acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available for any products other than the Treasure Trove Memberships. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule in this Agreement until paid in full. MTR Insurance Connections considers this policy a material inducement to entering into contracts with clients, this Agreement, and would not have done so unless this No Refunds policy were included.
Additionally, due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept any returns. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, confirming that you have thoroughly reviewed and accepted our no-refund policy except where otherwise noted. We value your understanding and trust in our products and services.
